Je ne sais pas si le qmc5883 est pin-compatible. À vérifier.Probablement difficile de remplacer la puce sur le circuit, du fait du vernis. Par contre il est possible de souder une petite carte breakout en piquant des fils sur les pins du td1208. Pas nécessaire de déssouder l'ancienne puce.
Il faut changer l'adresse i2c. À voir pour le reste du code.
Si tu adaptes le code, je peux te le recompiler pour faire une version QMC :

Alimentez la carte par son port USB, sans batterie, voir si ça fonctionne.
Pour les tests, placez-vous extérieur, antenne bien à la verticale. Plantée par exemple dans un carton pour la tenir. -

Aucune inquiétude concernant la LED.
La pile s'est vidée très vite. Plusieurs hypothèses :

Consommation excessive d'un des composants. Pouvez-vous mesurer avec un ampèremètre ? Quelle valeur 5 minutes après l'allumage ? (une fois la localisation GPS terminée - led totalement éteinte). Si vous avez accès à une caméra thermique, elle peut vous montrer le composant qui chauffe plus de les autres.

Type de pile inadapté : il existe deux types de pile de piles ER34615, bobinées (gros pics de courant) ou spiralées (conso lente). Il faut une spiralée. Je recommande celles de la marque EVE. Si la capacité est inférieure à 19Ah, (ex 14 ou 16) c'est probablement une bobinée (le mauvais type).
Pour la maintenance générale :
-
mettre une goutte de colle chaude sur la soudure du fil rouge, pour éviter qu'elle ne casse avec les vibrations.
-
mettre une goutte de colle chaude au niveau des départs des fils sous le capteur de vitesse.
-
mettre une légère couche de peinture ou vernis sur les pistes de l'antenne.
(ces trois faiblesses du Pioupiou sont supprimées sur la conception du nouveau Windbird)
Vérifier également si les roulements tournent bien, ne sont pas encrassés et n'ont pas un jeu excessif.
Prenez le Pioupiou devant vous et marchez à allure normale. Si le vent relatif suffit à fait tourner l'hélice, les roulements sont bons.Votre balise a dû sacrément encaisser les UVs pour que la dérive soit décolorée comme ça. On dirait que le plastique a bien résisté.
